Monsters vs. Aliens - In Theatres Now 
Kiefer voices the character of General W.R. Monger in the new DreamWorks Animation sci-fi spoof, "Monsters vs. Aliens", the studio's first film to be produced in Ultimate 3-D technology. Reese Witherspoon, Hugh Laurie, Seth Rogen, Will Arnett, and Stephen Colbert are also in the voice cast. The film was released on March 27th, 2009. You can view the trailer at the Official Site.

Kiefer Receives ACTRA Award of Excellence
The Alliance of Canadian Cinema, Television and Radio Artists (ACTRA - Canada's actor union) has just honoured Kiefer with the ACTRA award of excellence. The award is presented every two years to an ACTRA member working predominantly in Los Angeles. The award was presented on September 25th at a reception in Los Angeles at the residence of Alain Dudoit, Consul General of Canada. Click here for more info.

Kiefer Pleads No Contest to DUI Charges
On Tuesday, October 9th, Kiefer pleaded no contest to a misdemeaor DUI charge stemming from his September 25th arrest. According to the plea agreement, Kiefer will be sentenced to a total of 48 days in jail. He will serve 18 days in the county jail starting on December 21st and then he will have until July 1st, 2008 to serve the remaining 30 days. Formal sentencing will take place on December 21st, 2007. National Child Day - Celebrity Designed T-Shirt Auction
Kiefer has personally designed a t-shirt to be auctioned off in support of the Children's Miracle Network. This one-of-a-kind t-shirt is part of the Holt Renfrew Centre Limited Edition Celebrity Designed Collection in support of National Child Day 2007. On September 16th, Kiefer received a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series. Kiefer will voice the key role of Raistlin Majere in the animated feature, Dragonlance, which is based on the book, Dragons of Autumn Twilight. The film will be released in the Fall '07
